GIN, VODKA, RUM
FIVE JUDGES GIN
FIVE JUDGES GIN is our juniper-forward, dry, London style gin made with Rio Grande Valley citrus that makes it uniquely Texas. It is named in honor of the five judges who have called our farm home over the past century; including JB Wieser, Jarvis Wieser, and Mark Wieser.
You can expect to see Five Judges Gin incorporated in our classic Gin & Tonic, Martini, French 75, and The Army & Navy.
SILVER RUM
Dietz Distillery’s Silver Rum is made by fermenting and distilling molasses, a by product of sugar production, which is then purified to develop its distinctive flavors of rich, smokey caramelized sugar and hints of vanilla.

Some of our personal favorite Silver Rum handcrafted cocktails here at the distillery are the Model T, Painkiller, and a classic Mai Tai.
HIMBEERE VODKA
Dietz Distillery’s Himbeere Vodka is made by soaking fresh raspberries in our spirit for nine days to allow the alcohol to pick up all the rich raspberry notes. At the end of the 5 days we run the maceration through our still to create clean and dry spirit with vivid and bright raspberry notes.

Dietz pays tribute to his Austrian training by naming this spirit Himbeere, the German word for raspberry.

In our tasting room, we invite you to enjoy Himbeere Vodka in cocktails such as the Haus Mule and the Berry Lemon Drop.
EAU DE VIE
PEACH EAU DE VIE
Eau de Vie translates to “water of life” and is a style of un-oaked fruit brandies. Traditionally, Eau de Vies are consumed as either an aperitif or digestif in countries across central europe, but today they are also finding their home in new and unique craft cocktails.
Our Peach Eau de Vie is a dry spirit with bright peach and almond notes
PEAR EAU DE VIE
Our Pear Eau de Vie is also a dry spirit with a rich pear aroma on the nose with notes of ripe pear that linger on the palette.
At Dietz Distillery, our brandies can be enjoyed on the rocks with a citrus twist or in a tulip glass.

We’ve been pairing peaches and jalapeños together for years- it only seemed right to add it to the Dietz Distillery cocktail mix lineup!
The sweet 100% peach juice paired with a nice dose of jalapeño, makes the perfect base for our Jalapeach Fiesta cocktail. This flavor profile is a real taste of Texas!

Spicy AND sweet, our Prickly Pear Habanero cocktail mix is a Texas Hill Country classic. It’s made with hand-pressed Texas prickly pear!
